Meet the Odyssey Exposure Team

Tazh Davis - CEO, Manager

“I started in the direct marketing industry February 2025 under the United Breast Cancer Foundation campaign, a cause already dear to my heart. However, I was promoted to assistant management while with the Autism Spectrum Disorder Foundation. Not only am I thrilled to keep representing nonprofits, but I’m most excited to dedicate time and effort to my team. My goal this year is to raise $100 thousand dollars for our nonprofit campaigns, and to develop countless successful careers here in Columbus. I’m motivated to continue a culture that makes great people exceptional.” -Orange

Jenna Schaffer - Senior Event Coordinator

“I started in the business in May 2025 and had the privilege to work with both charities, UBCF and ASDF. With ASDF, I'm honored to be able to help more kids get the resources they need to be able to communicate. My 2026 goals are to have my own office on the beach! I plan to build a team of at least 7 high performers pushing for directorship when I’m promoted.” -Lemon

Keeley Allen - Senior Event Coordinator

“I joined the team in December 2025 and was promoted into leadership within my first few weeks. I’ve worked directly with the ASDF and UBCF campaign, focusing on donor outreach and team development. I’ve had the opportunity to travel and learn from different markets, from Tampa to Chicago. What I’m most excited about is continuing to grow with ASDF and building a strong team, while making a meaningful impact. My goal for 2026 is to build a high-standard, consistent office culture, develop strong leaders, and successfully expand while maintaining strong results and professionalism.” -Kiwi

Hannah Miller - Junior Event Coordinator

“I joined the team in February of this year and have worked with ASDF my entire time in the business. My main goal working with them has always been to spread the awareness of autism and the resources we can provide. My goal for 2026 is to be promoted to management by the end of year and move to Oregon, with a team ready to be promoted themselves.” -Pineapple

Michael Ratcliff - Junior Event Coordinator

“I’ve been in the business for seven months now, and have solely worked with ASDF. I’m most excited about working with ASDF because of the continuous improvement of resources we provide for families. My 2026 goals are to be promoted to management before the end of the year, and open up in Louisville. I’m also going for the ‘Rookie of the Year’ award!” -Cranberry
